Beechworth Arts Council fosters the development of artistic and cultural expression across the Indigo Hills community.
As the towns longest, continually operating arts organisation, the Beechworth Arts Council have a proud history of promoting artistic expression across all creative genres – visual, literary, musical and performance. As such, the arts council is committed to community engagement through the arts and to the strong advocacy for visual artists, writers, actors, and craftspeople to further their creative and collective interests.
Beechworth Arts Council’s core aim is to strengthen the Indigo hills community through the arts and cultural endeavours of its creative members.
